Specifically, I'd like to report on the percentage of accounts with any given field having content.  Is there a way to, for example, show the total count of Accounts as a 100% stacked bar with the percentage of the Billing State field having some content?  

I don't care about all fields, but I think it would be helpful for my users to the see quality of the full database and then be able to filter by state or account type or what have you.  Any tips or best practices for approaching this that anyone wants to share?
