We are trying not to have to key in data that is in emails or maybe even on web pages.

For instance, we get an email with a signature of their name, company, email, phone.

When we used ACT, there is a company called egrabber that would pull that data from the email into ACT's appropriate fields, let you look at it for confirmation or correction , and then if OK, import into a new record.

I am looking to do the same thing with zoho. Egrabber only works with salesforce. The outlook pluggin we are using with zoho for email does not get this correct at all. 

Hard to believe with the number of people using zoho that this doesn't exist already. Maybe it does and I can't find it. Hope someone has and can let me know. thanks.
