Data Sharing Rule - NO LONGER WORKING

The data sharing rule in Zoho CRM is suddenly not working. It worked in the past, but today I noticed it isn't any longer

Below is my sharing rule for my Purchasing Dept Account. They have the "Contacts" Module turned on. But Are only allowed to see contacts that ARE NOT (isn't) a Customer based on the "Contact Relationship" Field



However, as you can see in the image below. When my Purchasing dept is logged in they can clearly see Customer Contacts based on the "Contact Relationship" field.



How can I fix this? This is urgent, customer data is proprietary and sensitive in my line of work, and is a 100% deal breaker for continuing this subscription if this can't get resolved?
