Hi, I've setup a hierarchy of "Roles" but for few cases need to share lead records across different roles in the hierarchy. For some reason, adding data sharing rules with "From" and "To" as the respective roles has no effect. Still unable to see the "From" account's shared leads in the "To" account.

Anyone facing similar issues? Any help appreciated.
