My company is using Zoho CRM in the last  couple of years, when the flow we're originally designed, some really important demands regarding field formatting were missing, and now when we have more than 50k leads&contacts it seems too late to do it by hand (-: What I'm looking to achieve:

1. Phone number normalization - Since I already took care of all traffic sources landing pages to making sure phone normalization works on client side and from now on we'll get all the numbers the way we want. what about existing records? is there a quick way to normalize the existing phone numbers to a certain format?

2 . Last Name First Name -  Many of our leads/contacts has their full name written in last name field, this happens due to various reasons. A. How can I prevent this from happening (crm side) ? What to do with the existing records?
