All entries in one of our databases was accidentally totally erased by someone thinking they were backing it up.  Some 35,000 entries gone.  Our backups were also erased at the same time.

Is there a way for ZOHO to restore all the data using their past backups? 

I have posted this question twice now at the ZOHO Help over the past week and have not received any answers.
