Database not found

I'm getting the error below, but the database name isn't incorrect. What may be occurring?

ServerException (HttpStatusCode 400 Error Code: 7103 , URI: /api/antoniojspassos@yahoo.com.br/JContatosDB/contato, Action: ADDROW, Message: Database not found! Please check whether the database exists)
