Hello
Since Aprin 2021 we have started to use the new Databridge software tool to import data from our local DB's to our Zoho Analytics account.
It works fine however this representes a possible security problem for us.
All our systems are hosted in Amazon AWS. To impot data directly from the DB's of our systems we need to open the DB ports to any IP address, so Zoho Analytics can get connected to the Databridge installed in the AWS instance.
This to me looks like a possible security issue, as we normally restrict the acces to DB ports to our VPN or IP address, to make sure they are not accesible from the outside with no right permission.
Is there any way to restrict the access to the DB port in an AWS instance so that our Zoho Analytics account can get connected to the DataBride?.
Anybody else having this issue??
Cheers
