I have a date-only field and need to convert it to a date-time field. In this conversion, the date-time ends-up at 03:00 hrs. I have the time zone for my application set correctly.
Example
18-Aug-2011 converts to 18-Aug-2011 03:00:00 rather than the expected 18-Aug-2011 00:00:00
