We have lost the "date created" information on the case pages. I went to the modules, then layouts, then cases to edit the fields.
"Date created" is no an option under "New Fields" or "Unused Fields".
"Date Created" does show up in the "FIELDS" tab of the layout editor but not under the layout tab.
Please help, knowing the date and time the case was created is important for us.
