Date Created instead of Created By for Contact Records
I want to use Created Time and Modified Time in my Contact records.
Created By and Modified By are available selections in Edit Page Layout for Contacts. Created Time and Modified Time are not available.
Created Time and Modified Time are available when creating Views for the Contacts tab, but they are not available in the Edit Page Layout for Contacts.
Created By and Modified By contain too much information and typically take two lines of space which makes the record taller and more difficult to read. I know this varies based on screen resolution, but it is the case for the monitors most of my Sales Reps are using.
My first choice would be to have Modified Date without By or Time.
My second choice would be to have Modified date with Time.
