Date field in web form: 05/30/15 is recorded as 05/30/0015

When a user enters an inquiry using Zoho's web-to-lead form, if the date is entered as "05/30/15" it will be recorded in CRM as 05/30/0015 instead of 2015.

It would also be nice to have a pop-up calendar on the web form.
