This is a request for consideration and we really hope it will be taken on board. We are encountering an issue regarding current date format in Recruit which is setup as "Month/Day/Year". In our context, most people here are familiarize with the format 'Day/Month/Year'. We have had recent instances where candidates were unable to submit their applications in time for our job advertisements in our careers site because they thought they still have time and job ad is not yet due, especially if the due date of job ad has a day (date) from 1 to 11. Example, 03/04/2022. Most if not all candidates here will think that it will due on 3rd April 2022, but the correct due date is 4th March 2022 because of how this is displayed in Recruit. So we are requesting if we can have this date format as DD/MM/YY which is the format that we use here in Solomon Islands.
