Date/Time Event and Field is off

We have had issues with the sync to Campaigns giving the wrong time when put into an autoresponder. ( When I insert a metatag with a date/time field into an email, it is off by an hour atleast every single time. This has created multiple issues with our clients.)

We have been working on that for months and still not resolved. Still waiting for a repsonse.

Now we have a bigger issue:

When we create an event and invite someone to the event, they receive an email inviting them. The email itself says the correct time but the event it creates into our phone & outlook is an hour off.

I have checked the time zones multiple times.

Is there anyway to know what is causing all the time issues and how to fix them?

Please help me out with this.
