Hi,

I have a date/time field in my Deals called “Move to Research” – the date shows be the 9/3/2020 in the record. However when I use this as a merge in an email template it’s showing as 3/9/2020 (US Style MM/DD/YYYY) for some records and 3/9/2020 DD/MM/YYYY in others.

Why is it doing this, and how can I fix it?
