I see everything in zoho reports is based in GMT/UTC, I also see that you can convert dates into any timezone with with a simple formula.  I also see that reports are filtered to the timezone of the user.

So if dashboard filtering a report (not a user filter) to to only display "today's" records, is that also based off the timezone of the user, or the timezone of the server?
