Daylight Savings Time Problem

I subscribe to a Zoho calendar via the ICAL url to Apple's iCal App. I'm in the Pacific time zone. After daylight savings time (March 11), all of my events are now one hour later. A recurring meeting says 1pm on March 8, but beginning March 15, it says 2pm.
