dd not get email reset password

I create zoho mail account using gmail account. after that I change my login ID, and now I can't login again because my login ID is that mail in the zoho. and when I ask forgot password I did not get the email.

my gmail account before I changed it is aar@inzpiretechnology.com
and now my account ID has change to admin@astindohub.co.id

repeatedly ask forgot password. I still did not receive mail in my inbox on above mail excange.

please help me, I can't login to my account again.
