I have used a different CRM in the past where if I have imported records it allows me to select any specific fields I want, and de-dup against existing records.
For example. We de-dup according mailing addresses. So, we selected the following fields, street, city, state and zip. If ALL fields matched other records, the newly imported lead would have been flagged as a dup and can be deleted.
How can I do the EXACT same thing with Zoho.
(Currently I am having to use the previously used CRM JUST to process leads to import into Zoho)
