Deactivate User/Creator
Hi,
I set up the CRM for an account as part of a consulting job. They are up and running now, and no longer need me as a paid active user. I have tried to deactivate my account by logging in with my credentials and by logging in as the other paid user. The deactivate checkbox has not been available via either method.
Please help. The billing cycle is coming to the end.
