For some of our deals, there is more than 1 contact involved. I have added the contact and associated the contact to the deal through the contact roles function. However, I am finding that the only emails that appear on the deal are those between our employee and the contact who is filled in on the "Contact Name" field.
For example, Deal A has 3 contacts (Contact A, Contact B and Contact C). Contact A is the "Contact Name" on the deal, and his emails to our employee (Employee A) are showing under the "Emails" heading in the deal. However, any emails between Employee A and Contact B and Contact C do not show up in the email section (I can only see email correspondence between Employee A and Contact B / Contact C if I go into the contact record for either contact).
Is there a way to show correspondence between Employee A and Contact B / Contact C without manually linking emails from the contact record to the deal?
