On the Deal page, I'm tracking the products being discussed in the main products section. Some products have revenue associated with them and some do not. I want to generate a pipeline report that shows the active deals, the products, and the revenue. When I generate the report, the deal is shown for each product, and the revenue tied to the deal is tied to each product as well.
For example, Deal ABC has a revenue of $100. I am tracking two products in Deal ABC, Product Y and Product Z. When generating a report, I see Deal ABC, listed twice - once with Product Y and $100 in revenue and once with Product Z and $100 in revenue. If I were to sum the total revenue, I would have $200 which is incorrect.
I've tried to run the Summary report and group the appropriate fields, but the groupings go away if you export the report (which I do as I send the report to leadership weekly). I don't mind that that the report shows the deal twice, but do need to figure out a way to only show one revenue per deal. Any suggestions for reporting on a deal with multiple products?
