Need some suggestions here, I have a magazine and trying to determine the best way to organize this. When we sign up a new customer they can choose to go with a 1 month rate or a 3 month rate (that is the max, after that we go back and determine if they will continue month to month or for another 3 months). There is also 2 other items to consider, 1. What zones do they wish to be in (a zone is a different mailing area) and 2. Size of ad (this will remain the same for the duration of the agreement).  We need a way to choose what months they will be in the publication and the forecasted revenue as well.

What would be the best way to do this ?

For example, a customer signs up for three months with a full page ad and is paying $550 a month, they are advertising in the September, October and November issue with a full page ad.

How can I set it up so when I go into deals I see this customer for September Full Page $550, then the following month the same and finally the third month the same ?
