Deals sync for Campaigns or Marketing Automation...

We are looking to create a marketing campaign based on a custom "expiration date" field inside our DEALS module. We are open to using either CAMPAIGNS or MARKETING AUTOMATION but haven't been able to get either platform to sync the specific fields we want to use as a trigger.

In CAMPAIGNS, when selecting trigger>custom date field> it does not bring up the custom field we created in our DEALS module. When selecting trigger>specific date field> we only have the option of one specific date. Neither of these options are what we are looking for.

We are looking to do an annual campaign that pulls custom date data from the DEALS module that can be triggered by the date alone. Not by inputting new information, or a contact being changed, etc. 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

                                                I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible?   Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.  For instance, you can maintain the lead details in CRM on a separate form in Zoho Creator by fetching the details automatically
