DECIMAL and LONG INTEGER fields cannot be computed when not filled in!

DECIMAL and LONG INTEGER fields cannot be computed when not filled in!

Hi

I have DECIMAL and LONG INTEGER fields in Potential table:
1) Reports displays blank when DECIMAL and LONG INTEGER fields are empty. Display is OK when filled in, but it's a new field in the CRM 
2) When you add formula columns in Potential, summing the DECIMAL or  LONG INTEGER  field with an INTEGER field, the  formula column  remains blank if the  DECIMAL and/or LONG INTEGER field(s)  are empty!

Hope someone checks and corrects this very soon as I have a critical report to issue.
