Decorators: Creating Amazing Appointment Scheduling Sites

Decorators: Creating Amazing Appointment Scheduling Sites

If I were to tell you that your scheduling page for appointments is one of the best ways to advertise your company and show off what you can do, you would agree with me.

Getting an excellent scheduling appointment platform is probably one of the easiest ways to do this, too. You would be surprised by the number of new clients who sign up with your company at the end of the month once you set up an amazing new scheduling system for appointments.

Customers will have confidence in scheduling an appointment with a business that has a fantastic scheduling site for an appointment compared to one that does not.

In this guide, we will show you how to make the best out of your scheduling appointment page on your Zoho Bookings application.

We are not going to cover everything here because then this is going to be a very lengthy article. Although this guide will teach you information specific to your business, we have got another guide you can check out if you need to learn how to incorporate them on the Zoho Bookings application.

Do you really need an attractive appointment scheduling site for your company?

If you are a decorator, you will know that prospective customers who have been impressed by your work are more likely to do business with you. This is because establishments in this field work on getting the right feeling of the event that they decorate for the customer.

The more you can achieve this and induce that feeling to them, the better your service quality will be in the eyes of the customer. This is crucial in your line of work because impressing the customer will help you retain their loyalty for any future events for which they may require your services.

This starts right from your appearance on the internet. You can find plenty of competition in any industry today thanks to the growth of the internet, including yours. Therefore, it is crucial that you show the best of what you are on your appointment scheduling site so that you can compete and stay ahead of them, which will definitely boost the growth of your organization.

Certain rules and guidelines need to be followed while doing this. But why?

The aim of this guide is to create the best booking page you can make on your own. To achieve this, you will need to follow a couple of guidelines so that your booking page resonates with the quality of your service within your industry.

Every industry has certain visual indications that you will notice when it comes to design which are becoming characteristic traits of that industry. For example, travel agencies specializing in offering tropical island holiday packages use colors such as sea blue and light green, colors that you will find in nearly every tropical beach picture.

This gives the customer who is looking at their web page for a booking a very holiday like vibe. Consumers usually, in most cases, choose a service that is impressive on the Internet rather than one that is not. It is therefore essential that you follow certain guidelines which are commonly used in your industry to ensure that your online presence helps you stay above your competition.

Be it Car Care, Massage Parlors, Personal Trainers or anything else for that matter, having an attractive and good-looking appointment scheduling website can only work wonders for your business.

This guide gives an overview of what you need to know when designing your scheduling appointment page in your industry. If you need directions covering every step of the process, we have a guide made for that very purpose.

All right, so, how should you go about making an appointment scheduling site?

Besides the information your customers need to know before booking an appointment, your booking page should have an enchanting and appealing user interface. This will result in pleasant and complete user experience for your customers if done bearing in mind what we mentioned earlier.

Your page shouldn't have too many things going on in it as well and the customer should find it easy with minimal time and effort to understand everything on the page. You can make a great booking page with the right combination of color, background and text, which you can use to showcase your company.

The best place to start is your background image.

Your background image is one of the largest influencers of your booking page. Needless to say, it is also one of the most important aspects of your page that you need to pay attention to. Now, let us go over how the image of your page should look like.

The colors on your background say a lot about the mood of the image. You need to pick those colors that resonate with your service very well. For example, plant nurseries use green a lot because green is what you are likely to see the most at one.

Likewise, you need to analyze your service and pick some colors that you think will resonate with the decorations that you usually do for your customers.

If you are having trouble getting some, you can refer some photos of your previous contracts that you may have. From these, you can select the color scheme you wish to use for your page. This refers both to your background picture and to other elements on your booking page.

If you have the pictures of the decorations you made earlier, we would recommend using them on the background picture as well. Keep in mind that on top of your background image there will be other elements, so try to pick one that doesn't have too much going on in the image.

Only one single, magnificent image can sometimes work for the background image. If you have just started your company or you can not really find good pictures from your previous events, do not worry.

There are many websites from which you can either purchase an image or download one for free, which is explained in detail on the guide mentioned at the beginning of this post. While there is always an choice to go with a solid color on your background, we would highly advise you to go with a picture as the latter is far more attractive than just a single color on your screen.

If you want to go with an image, one more thing you need to bear in mind is that you need to choose an image where there are not many border subjects. This is because your company logo and the name will appear on the top left corner of your booking page, which may not be visible if there is a lot going on in the background image behind it.

If you are having trouble getting your choice of color scheme, check out websites of other decorators to get some inspiration.

What about the other things on your site, then?

The color scheme you picked earlier while selecting your background image is the exact one we would like to recommend that you use on your booking page for the other elements as well. We are doing this to make your background picture and the things on your booking page look like part of a unique design.

This also brings a complete and appealing look to your booking page. With regard to which of the colors to apply for the elements, we would suggest that you choose from your scheme the color other than white. This is because most wedding background images have the white or white variation, for which you have to give the buttons the other color you have.

In the case of the text, you can go with any color that contrasts well with the background. This way, you can complete the color application with your color scheme and look for yourself at whether the booking page is how you wanted it to be.

For every edit that you make on your page, we recommend that you check out the live preview of your page with the changes implemented by clicking on the Go To button at the very bottom of the Workspace Settings page.

In a nutshell, your booking page should have a simple and beautiful background, a good color on your buttons with the right text color on top of it. This will give a very wedding-like vibe to your customers who will then want to book an appointment with your company.

The text on your site is probably the most powerful part.

There are two lines above the buttons on your booking page where you can give any text you want. While there are instances where it can work well to give some catchy sentences, some have even put information that their customers should know about before going over the buttons on the page.

This choice is yours, and make sure you make effective use of that space. If you feel the space provided for text is not satisfactory for you, you can always edit the space between the buttons and the page footer to write what you need. Just make sure the text on the image is legible enough for the customer to read easily.

Is that everything that you need to do? Not quite!

Getting feedback and reviews from others after your booking page has been designed is something that will help you improve your page in many ways. Others' opinions are crucial in creating such a web page, as they may sometimes point out things you may have missed out on in the process.

They also often provide feedback you may have missed about your job. Make sure you get different opinions from people you trust, such as coworkers, friends and relatives, and incorporate the modifications you think would benefit the booking page. You can also start asking your customers for feedback on the same from which you can take in suggestions that can be used to further improve your booking page.
