I'm very confused by the options ZOHO provide to dedpulicate accounts. 

Account names are often written differently, e.g. with "AG" (a stock corporation), or "GmbH" (a limited liability company), you can write it with or without these suffixes. And there are many more such terms, so how do you want to deduplicate by account name? It seems to me that ZOHO did not have much customers from Europe so far...

The only deduplication option which is interesting for me would be to deduplicat by an email field. 

I want ZOHO to give me the possibility to select any of the fields in the Account object. Why is that not possible?
