We are mainly a B2C company although we do some B2B and over the last couple years we have used Zoho to manage our customers and work our leads.  Overall we like it but our current setup feels "jerry-rigged."  If there were more customization options it would really help us out and cause us not to periodically look elsewhere to see whats out there.

When viewing a contacts details page it would be very helpful if you could customize the info that displays about related potentials.  Currently the potentials Name, Amount, Stage, Probability, Closing Date & Type display.  The ability to change and rearrange what displays would really helps us out as the info that displays now is not really relevant to how we use the potentials module.

When converting a lead it would be really helpful if we could customize the required fields when creating the related potential.  The ability to customize lead conversion would really help us out.

The ability to create custom modules and tie them to other modules would really help us out as well.

Those are just a few things but some deeper customization that would allow us to create a CRM solution that feels designed for us is big need of ours.
