Default Candidate Status after Candidate Applies for a Job
Is there a way to set the default Candidate Status as something other than "Associated" when they apply for a job? The Associated status throws the applied candidates into the mix with candidates who have been added by account managers. Applied candidates can easily get lost, especially if they are candidates who are already in our database but applied for the job from our website or job board.
I would think that I could look at the source or origin of the candidate to see who applied, but that is not always accurate.
Any suggestions?
