Default email

I'm problem after problem with my Zoho mail account. 

So my initial email address was "jed@dungareescoffee.com" and everything worked fine. 
I changed it to "ask@dungareescoffee.com" everywhere that I could (made it primary email address). 
However, emails still send as "jed@" and I cannot receive emails at "ask@"
I also need to change the sender's name, but when I go to settings and try to do it, it only gives me the original email ID option. 

What should I do??
