Zoho Team,

 

The way I have my Zoho CRM set up is that all users roles can access anyones data (public/read/write). However the default standard profile allows users equppied with this profile to mass delete data. Does this mean if I assign a standard profile to someone they will be able to delete all data?

 

I want everyone to access each others data, but I dont want standard profile users to be able to delete MASS data. Would the default standard profile work in this system? or do I have to create a new profile.
