Delay an end card
In my SalesIQ Zobot flow,
I have a point at which I want the user to click a URL.
The next step post to this, is an End Card.
This is my flow -
User is asked for options (using buttons),
1. Request Call,
2. Start Whatsapp chat,
3. Request Quote.
My flow is such that, if a user selects option..Start Whatsapp Chat (option 2),
then I ask for his/her number in the next step and then create a URL with the whatsapp API to be clicked by user.
The next step to this in the Zobot flow is an end card.
What ends up happening is, as soon as the user enters the number, the Whatsapp URL button appears, but then immediately the End Card appears and the rating smileys appear.
So the Clickable Whatsapp button which I created just gets lost in the flow.
IS there a way to delay the End Card coming up ?
Can I add a few seconds (more than 3 seconds) between the URL and the endcard ?
Also, is there a way to disable the chat ratings ?
