I'm experiencing an issue with email delivery delays in my Zoho TeamInbox when compared to Microsoft Outlook. Both accounts are set up using the IMAP protocol.

Email Account Setup:
I have set up my email account to be accessed through both Zoho TeamInbox and MS Outlook, both using IMAP
Observation:
When I receive emails, I've noticed that there's a delay in delivery to my Zoho TeamInbox compared to MS Outlook, even though they're both syncing the same account. The average range of delay comes from 1minute to 5mins.
Frequency:
This delay is consistent and has been happening since we started setting up the Zoho TeamInbox.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
I have ensured that my IMAP settings are correctly configured for both email services.
I have tried accessing my Zoho email from different devices and networks, but the delay persists.
I understand that email delivery times can vary due to several factors, but I found it concerning since MS Outlook, using the same protocol, doesn't exhibit this delay. I appreciate your help in diagnosing and resolving this issue.
