Delay in forwarding mail

I am aware there is a 5-6 minute delay with the auto-forwarding feature with ZoHo. For me, this is too slow. Is there an alternative way to auto-forward to my Gmail account that is quicker or is there an upgrade feature that allows me to have a faster response?
