delay in mail receipt

Hello,

My email stopped receiving email online around 1pm today though it kept showing up on my blackberry. Would appear to fetch, then say no new email though there was.

It just sent one email through that was from 2:15pm and it just showed up at 4:28pm. Emails I send appear to go through immediately so the gap is with the incoming emails. The rest of the new emails that have appeared on my blackberry still haven't shown up online. I've changed no settings on my zoho account or my blackberry for several months.
