Delay in opening attachments

Hi,

One of our users is having issues in opening attachments on their email account.
The view option takes forever to load regardless of the document type, they keep seeing the loading screen.
There is no issue with their internet connection nor is there a browser issue as we have confirmed via different browsers that the issue persists.
It is the same on a mobile browser, any type of attachment takes forever to load in the view panel.
