Delay in outgoing emails now?

Delay in outgoing emails now?

There now seems to be a delay in outgoing emails. Sent test emails to a gmail account as well as an account though Microsoft exchange, and neither has been received.

Please look into it.

I sent a different email to a client this morning and I am no longer sure if they received it.
