Delay in Receiving Emails
My company has been having problems receiving emails. Some emails would be delayed as long as 5-6 hours. I know that my MX records are not pointing to zoho.com and that is because the spam is ridiculous when they are. I checked the message log from my spam service and emails are getting through but not getting to the end-user.
I've had this service since around October-November of last year and has been nothing but problems. I'm getting pretty close to asking for a refund.
