We are intermittently getting delays in receiving our emails.

It appears that the emails are being collected at time intervals because we receive them in blocks of emails.

Sometimes 5 minutes after someone sends it, others can be 30 minutes which has a big impact on our business.

I have asked our hosting company to see if they have a blockage, but they are adamant it is not their issue.

How exactly does Zoho retrieve emails? They are getting the emails from our server which is mail.domain name.
