Delay recovering deleted email account

I accidentally deleted an email address and have been going back and forth with support for over 2 weeks now. Does anyone have a recommendation for how to get this resolved? I typically only get email replies every few days, often with a 3-4 day delay in replies. 

Progression:
Asked for account to either be reactivated or fully deleted, as it says the account is in use already, but I cannot log in with my credentials.

Account partially deleted. Now when I try to log in, it takes me to the "create an email address page" and when I type in my old email address, it says "We are sorry but we cannot create a mailbox for this account at this time." 

Support can see the accounts are linked (my Zoho and my backup account) but I still cannot login. They called on Friday, did exactly what I had already told them didn't work (logging in, creating Zoho email address, got same error) said they would call me back and have been missing ever since. 

Any recommendations on how to get this resolved in less than a month? This is nuts.
