We need your urgently help.

We are experienced a terrible delay when user's filters droplist is clicked. 

I've already done a Zoho Meeting with support and showed to them the delay.

Our users are demanding a urgently fix. They were experienced a very nice performance till last week. 

We use a lot of user's filters as you can see at sample below.

I'm not sure, but we included a procedure to update the database each 3hours. Could it be the problem?
