Delayed emails - URGENT

Now emails we are sending are not getting to their recipients. This is URGENT as our clients are waiting on responses and documents.

We had this problem recently and were told in an email from ZOHO " However we can assure you that this kind of situation does not happen again."

Well, it's happening again.
