No reception of mails without browser refresh / app not working

Hi,

since last week I always have to refresh my browser window to receive mails. If I do so mails drop in slowly. Without the refresh Zoho doesn´t collect and show new Mails from my accounts.
The Zoho Android App doesn´t receive emails at all whatever I do.
Is there a problem with my account or are you still facing technical issues?
