Hi there, both myself and my wife moved to Zoho Mail from Gmail after being impressed with the beautiful/intuitive interface.
We're both extremely unhappy, however, with noticeable and problematic delays in receiving emails. Often we'll call a business associate to check in on a situation we'd emailed them about only to find out that either they never received our email, or that they'd replied to our email hours or days previous -- but we just hadn't yet received their reply.
Why is is taking so long for so many emails to arrive in our Zoho Mail inbox. We don't use POP or anything. We're strictly using the browser based Zoho interface, on fast computers with reliable internet.
Unless the reliability of Zoho improves so that we can rely on Zoho for the speedy transmission of emails to and from those we keep in contact with, we'll have to return to Gmail (where we never experienced delays in receiving or delivery of email). Returning to Gmail would be a shame as their interface is far less innovative than Zoho's.
As an example of how bad the delays in receiving/sending email can be: I've sent email from my Zoho account to my wife's zoho account, and it's taken hours to arrive! The fact that even within the Zoho system messages can take a long time to be delivered tells me there's some serious problems within the Zoho system.
Please fix this extremely irritating problem.
If I and my wife face this problem then surely many others do too -- and our patience can only last so long before we find a more reliable provider.
