We are seeing an issue with Zoho Mail mailbox delegation.

A user has Send As permission to a delegated mailbox. When that user opens the delegated mailbox and goes to the Sentfolder, only some of the sent messages are displayed.

The missing messages are definitely still in the mailbox:

• If we log directly into the mailbox, all Sent messages are visible.
• If the delegated user searches for one of the missing messages, it can be found.
• The missing message shows that it is in the Sent folder.
• The problem happens in both Zoho Mail Web and Zoho Mail Desktop, so it does not appear to be a desktop client issue.
• We have already confirmed the delegate has active Send As permission.

We also tried reloading the app, signing out and back in, and resetting the Desktop app profile, with no change.

Has anyone else seen delegated users get an incomplete Sent-folder listing? Is there a setting or known issue related to delegated mailbox visibility?
