Deleta All Rows [Danger]

I dislike giving my shared users the ability to delete every record in a table with one inadvertent click. It seems that the "Delete Column" feature has been disabled for those with whom I have shared the database...how can I also disable the "Delete All Rows" feature?

If this cannot be disabled, is there anyway to schedule an automatic back-up copy of the database so as to have a running backup in case such a disastrous "Delete All Rows" occurs?
