Delete all Mails, ans spam.

Hi.

Cuestions :

1. How can delete mails of all user?, because we have many mails and is very complicate each user delete all, its possible delete of administrator or bin folder?

2. If I delete de spam mails? forget this mails or continus stop spaming of this mails? (Important not work ok this spam filter)

3. Is possible the Links in the desk configure only for see into the same explorer, and not opening a new IE?

4. When we try download smetimes any folder have a problem with IE, but if use Firefox download ok, why?
