Delete Client user from WorkDrive

Delete Client user from WorkDrive

There is a Client User I need to delete from WorkDrive. I navigate to Manager Users, and click on "Delete Client User", and I get an error that says:

Delete client user

The client user ***** is associated with Zoho Projects / BugTracker. The client user cannot be deleted from WorkDrive until they are associated with Zoho Projects / BugTracker.


I assume this means they should be removed from Zoho Projects / Bug Tracker, though the instruction seems contradictory. I have removed this user from Zoho Projects, but still getting the same message. 

Please advise how I can proceed, to delete the Client User.
