I am the adminitstrator of my company's Zoho account- we have uploaded our often-used customer documents to the Document Library in Zoho CRM, but are unable to delete. We can send to the trash, but can't empty the trash. We are also not able to restore them, and put them back into the Document Library.

The items are "greyed out" and cannot be selected, so we cannot either delete or restore. 

It sounds like a permissions problem, but I am "CEO/Administrator" of this account, so should have complete editing privileges.

Any ideas?
