Delete existing domain and replace with new one

Delete existing domain and replace with new one

Please advise on how I can:

  1.  Delete my existing domain.
  2. Create a new email domain (held with GoDaddy).
  3. Keep existing (old domain) emails.
  4. Redirect emails from old domain to new.
